J's HUMMUS RECIPE:
-2 cups of canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
-1/4 cup of tahini (In the health food section at Woolies)
-2 teaspoons roasted garlic (Or 2 raw cloves mashed to a paste with some salt)
-1/2 teaspoon of salt
-1/4 ground black pepper
-1 teaspoon cumin
-6 Tablespoons of lemon juice
-Olive oil as needed to thin
Blend all the ingredients besides the olive oil in a food processor.
Add olive oil or water at the end until its reaches your desired consistency.
