-Wait for dark and then pile the kids in the car for a drive to see the Christmas lights
-Choose a Christmas tree or set up yours together; playing Christmas music as you decorate
-Each year I’ve put a new pair of summer Pjs under the kids pillows on Christmas Eve.
-Allow the kids to decorate their own bedroom; provide a little box of decorations, blue-tack, coloured string and let their creative juices to flow ~
-Carols by candle-light... & the Christmas Spectacular at church, which is just that!!
-A Santa photo with whole family on his knee!

-'Hot Chocolate and Warm fuzzies' Go to a cafe for Hot Chocolate or make one at home with all the trimmings. Go around the table and say what you love about each other xox
-Dress up as Rock-stars and 'Rock around the Christmas Tree'
-Read the Christmas story from the bible: Luke 2 vs. 1-20. Put a children's bible open at the Christmas story by the tree.
-Fill up the biggest bubble bath EVER! Take photos of the kids with Santa beards.
-Use Christmas shaped cutters to bake cookies. Package and deliver them to the neighbours

-A birthday cake for Jesus!
-Set red jelly on top of green jelly for a wibbly-wobby jelly and dance!!
-Record a Christmassy greeting on your answer-phone
-'Made with love' homemade gifts for family and friends

-Pick out a Christmas Decoration that represents the year you've just had!
-Eat happy face ice-creams and discuss how you can make Christmas brighter for those less fortunate than yourselves.

I love your Christmas ideas... some of them we've adopted as a family over the past 2 years.
You're such a fun chick Becs... I might steal a few more of these ideas! (Some of them we do already)... I like the "going around the table" one with the fancy hot chocolate drinks. Hmmm, I think that one will be a definite! xx

A friend and I recently attempted this croquembouche in preparation for Christmas B-U-R-N-T the sugar/toffee, that was awful but the tower didn't last long... Good on you!!
