Pavlova Recipe

Pavlova for dessert tonight! My mum is an expert pavlova's her recipe:
6 egg whites
1 cup of caster sugar
2 teaspoons of Vanill
2 teaspoons of vinegar

~Heat the oven to 210c
~Beat together egg whites until they form a peak (ie Put the beater on and go do something else for a while!)
~Gradually add the sugar...then the vinegar and vanilla

~Plop the mixture onto a tray lined with greaseproof paper
~And then turn the oven OFF when you put the pav in!
 ~Leave it in the oven until it cools

~Top your pavlova with fresh whipped cream and decorate! Our pavlova in the picture was a summer baby, topped with fresh berries and a crumbled flake.
