Hope NZ

"You're packing a suitcase for a place none of us has been. A place that has to be believed to be seen'- Bono 'Walk on'

I am convinced that God is taking the kids and I to a spacious place and have no doubt in my mind that He has a wonderful future in store for us!
My hope is that one day we will be able to settle in a home where we'll plant vineyards & drink the wine, grow gardens & enjoy the fruit!! (Although probably not literally as I don't have a green thumb!)

ahh we've had 6 homes in the last 1&1/2 years, no wonder I'm dreaming this!
I'm finding it hard to truly settle in Australia, when our hearts are in NZ.
We pay a big price for BP's (The kids dad) dogmatic desire to never return. I think I've mentioned before that the children are even forbidden travel out of the country!!

We can make the best of it here on our own, and round up those in the same situation come Easter and Christmas, but..............
I feel we're being robbed the joy of extended family, long time friends and a church we've grown up in, You know they say it takes a village to raise a child!

But I'm a 'prisoner of hope'... hoping and trusting. In the natural it looks impossible but I know too that nothings too difficult for GOD, whats He's promised He WILL perform.

Watch what He'll do for us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah Becs! Man, I don't doubt it! Somehow when you get hold of something from God, it's for real. I remember this about you from over many years, you believeing for the impossible and God doing crazy things and showing up in amazing ways. Who knows... by the time we get back from England you could be here?? :)

By the way... have you ever seen the movie "Peter Pan"?? Not the Disney cartoon one but the live action one made a few years back??? Man every time I see it, I think of Ella, because I think she looks soooo like Wendy in the movie... i.e. gorgeous. If you haven't seen it, get it for a movie night. It's a great one! xx
