Lot's of pots and bowls on the go...but always so worth it!
Chocolate Mousse Recipe:
150g dark chocolate300mls cream
3 dessertspoons of icing sugar

Prep:
-Melt the chocolate (In a pot over another pot of boiling water)
-Separate the eggs: set aside the yolks...
& beat the egg whites, adding the icing sugar to them eventually.
-In another bowl beat the cream
Putting it together:
-Mix the egg yolks into the melted chocolate
-Stir the chocolate mix into the cream
...and then fold the beaten egg whites into the creamy chocolate
-Pour into serving dish/es (We had it in tea-cups tonight)-YUMMO!
