Microwave Chocolate Cake Recipe:

We are currently in a granny flat until I can secure a house...the kids and I living, eating, sleeping, cooking, watching TV & playing in the same room!

There's a rental crisis in Sydney, 5-20 people applying for every house an agent told me...thankful to have here in the meantime. There's no oven so I pulled out this microwave Chocolate Cake Recipe a friend gave me, and it's really REALLY good!!
125 grams of butter
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cocoa
1 teaspoon Vanilla E
1 cup Self Raising Flour
1/2 cup of milk

In a microwave bowl melt the butter and then add the other ingredients beating after each addition.

Bake for 5-7 minutes on High in microwave cookware.
